Shipping

Orders ship with tracking, typically within 1–2 business days. A tracking link is sent to your email once your order is on its way. We currently ship within Australia.

Standard shipping is $13, or free on orders of $300 or more. Express is $20.

Sealed product is packed to prevent shipping damage. Singles are sleeved and placed in a toploader before packing — the same way we'd want a card to arrive at our own door.

Pre-orders

Sealed cases listed for pre-order are charged at checkout and ship once stock arrives from the distributor. Expected timing is noted on each listing and may shift if a release date changes.

Returns & refunds

Because our stock is sealed and collectible, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from how it was described, get in touch via our Contact page with your order number and photos and we'll repair, replace or refund it. Contacting us within 7 days of delivery helps us sort it out fastest, but your rights don't expire after 7 days.
