Terms of service

These terms apply when you browse binderbaycollectables.com or buy from Binder Bay Collectables("we", "us"), an online trading card store based in Victoria, Australia. By placing an order you agree to them. Binder Bay Collectables is operated by Chun Hei Bryan Leung, a sole trader, ABN 39 771 292 255.

Products and descriptions

We sell sealed trading card product and individual single cards. We describe every item as accurately as we can. Photos of single cards show the exact copy you'll receive. Photos of sealed product show the product line and may differ slightly from the unit you receive, for example in packaging print or minor shelf wear on the outer box.

Pokémon, One Piece and Gundam and their logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Binder Bay is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Bandai or their partners.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, or turns out to be out of stock, we'll contact you and either confirm the correct price with you or cancel the order and refund you in full.

Discount codes

Discount codes have the conditions stated with them, such as a minimum spend, a limited number of uses, a limit of one per customer or an end date. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order, codes can't be exchanged for cash, and they can't be applied after an order is placed.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship once stock arrives. The release timing shown on a listing is an estimate from the distributor and can change. See our Refund policy for what happens if a pre-order is delayed or can't be supplied.

Shipping

We ship within Australia and to Hong Kong, New Zealand and Singapore. International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, which are paid by the person receiving the parcel. Returns and refunds

Our Refund policy explains change-of-mind returns and how to tell us about a problem with your order.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the paragraph above, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your purchase, and our liability for any item is limited to resupplying it or refunding what you paid for it.

The text, photos and design of this website belong to Binder Bay or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking us first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
